The Manzanita After School Program supports the success of K-8 students in extended academic, enrichment, and recreational learning opportunities beyond the regular school day and provided in safe learning places. School, family, and community partners provide instruction, tutoring, mentoring, and disguised learning activities that improve students' school attendance, academic achievement, and healthy development in balanced learning programs.
