REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEASE/LEASEBACK SERVICES FOR MODERNIZATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manzanita Elementary School District of Butte County, State of California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereafter referred to as the “District”, will receive under sealed cover by 4:00 P.M. (Pacific Daylight time), on Friday, MARCH 20, 2020, proposals for lease/leaseback services for modernization and new construction projects.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) is located at the District office or at the District’s website at:  http://www.manzanitaelementaryschool.com/Construction/index.html

The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals or in the proposal process. No proposers may withdraw their proposal for a period of 90 days after the date set for the opening of proposals or after approval by the Manzanita Elementary School District Board of Education.
